Inspired by my Chef instructor, Roongfa Sringam, this iconic red curry brings Thailand to Middleburg with every bite.
On Wednesday, we're putting our Sweet Home Thai touch on this dish by offering either grilled steak or chicken. You can also specify mild or full strength. You decide. A vibrant red curry sauce starts with a homemade curry paste and is filled with coconut cream, pineapple, grapes, tomatoes (yes...grapes AND grape tomatoes), thai basil and more. I know it sounds crazy, but I wouldn't steer you wrong. As usual, served with fluffy jasmine rice.
