Catchy, eh? I heard your requests, so back for a second serving this Thai Wednesday is Pad Thai! This time with Gai (chicken) instead of Kung (shrimp). Everything else about my recipe remains the same. As they say in Thailand, "Same, same, but different". I'm always heavy on the herbs and the mix of these with peanuts, egg, chicken, sprouts and the soft noodles with the sweet and salty sauce pleases most everyone. I let you finish it off with lime and spices on the side.
