Chef Heather combines her background in cooking cuisines from around the world with her years of leadership in Girl Scouts to bring together an international cooking experience for foodies and budding young chefs.
Each day will bring to life the basics of each cuisine. We'll cover the flavor profiles of Italy, Mexico, America and Thailand. Not only will your personal chefs get to experience various international cuisines for their own lunch, they will then create a dinner (for 4) to bring home for the whole family to enjoy.
No cooking for you for a week!

The final day will culminate with a picnic lunch and a Mystery Box challenge in which the kids will pair up and show us what they've learned over the week. Myself and other guest chefs will be on hand to taste and offer suggestions.
We'll also do some great, food-related crafts and unwind at the end of the day with games, supervised pool time, ping pong or more crafts.

Ages: Boys and girls, 10-14 yrs
Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Dues: $500 p/camper (includes daily lunch, crafts, all food supplies, a cook book of dishes learned and a well-rounded take home dinner for 4, nightly.
Add ons: I understand summer schedules are busy with work so if you wish to drop your child off from 9:00-10:00 or leave them an extra hour from 4:00-5:00, we're happy to have them. Please add $10 p/hr for each hour of child care needed.
Also: If you have a larger family, please add $10 extra per/person over 4 and we'll be sure to cook accordingly.
We are happy to offer vegetarian alternatives to our cooking but due to the variety and complexity of dishes, we will be unable to offer gluten free or nut free alternatives. Our apologies.
