The two dishes for this week are delicious eaten side by side. First is the Lemongrass Coconut Turmeric Soup with Chicken or Tofu. The picture does not do it justice. This is my all-time favorite soup.
The other dish is way more complicated than it's name describes. Fried Rice with Crispy Herbs. The Thai name is Khao (rice) Phad (stir fry) Sanum Pai (mixed herbs). There are about 20 components to this amazing fried rice and I assure you, this will be a new flavor sensation for you. This dish is vegetarian.
